An urban retreat to cleanse your palette, ground your energy, and clear your mind! Whether you are a long time meditator or this is your first time, this practice is for you.

Moun D’Simone, meditation teacher and spiritual coach, will be leading through her method which integrates ancient wisdom & modern science, bringing clarity to any aspect of your life. Her powerful approach will support you in feeling more connected to yourself,  less anxiety, and will strengthen your emotional intelligence. 

Before your meditation class we will ground the body using acupuncture. The acupuncture points will help to clear your mind, open up your senses, and calm down your sympathetic nervous system to allow for a more deep mediation. 

Healing Aryuvedic bites will be served before and after meditation class to  support the mind, nourish the body, and boost “agni” (digestive fire).
